We use personal information solely to evaluate and administer Pay Plan arrangements, verify identity, communicate with you, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and Security

Information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel involved in the evaluation and administration of Pay Plans. Gold collateral is stored separately in RBC bank vaults under dual-control.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
